Context

After epic #183 (dynamic PLC testing via an ephemeral soft-PLC) completes the
end-to-end CODESYS-on-Yocto picture, this phase moves Certifai from a standalone
scanner toward a first-class module of the breakpilot-platform: hardened
against regressions, re-onboarded through the platform UI + RBAC, its data
exposed to sibling products, and enriched by the breakpilot-compliance controls
corpus.

Do not start until #183 is end-to-end. Relates to the suite-integration
seams #135 (tramiton), #136 (controls / breakpilot-compliance), #137 (werkpilot).

  • #187 — Demo target fixtures — curated representative targets
  • #188 — Nightly agent regression against the demo targets
  • #189 — Next.js onboarding app in breakpilot-platform (replace Dioxus)
  • #190 — RBAC for onboarding + scanner data (breakpilot-platform RBAC)
  • #191 — Externalize findings/SBOM/CVE as API + MCP to platform services
  • #192 — breakpilot-compliance Qdrant RAG controls as ControlsProvider tools
