fix(pitch-deck): fix TTS pronunciation of 25.000+ in presenter scripts

Replace '25.000+' with 'über 25 Tausend' in DE text so Edge TTS speaks
it correctly instead of 'fünfundzwanzig Punkt null null null plus'.
