ControlCard, AddControlForm, RAGPanel, LoadingSkeleton to _components/;
useControlsData, useRAGSuggestions to _hooks/; shared types to _types.ts.

dsr/[requestId]/page.tsx 854→172 LOC — extracted detail panels and
timeline components to _components/.
