Benjamin Boenisch 9a7c3bf4d9 docs: update MkDocs index with full service table and SDK module overview 
- Add complete service table with containers, ports, and tech stack
- Add all SDK modules (TOM, DSFA, VVT, Academy, Whistleblower, etc.)
- Add Core dependency table
- Add deployment and git instructions
