Split 876-LOC page.tsx into 146 LOC with 7 colocated components
(RoadmapCard, CreateRoadmapModal, CreateItemModal, ImportWizard,
RoadmapDetailView split into header + items table), plus _types.ts,
_constants.ts, and _api.ts. Behavior preserved.
