Updates the control-mapping feature doc for the now-working MCP loop:

  • Emitting over MCP section — oscal_assessment tool, breakpilot's /v1/cra/oscal-from-scanner pull, and the tenant-context operational note (the rmcp session-spawn task_local bug + the session-bound fix).
  • Configuration — semantic + grounded passes are now default-on (both validated live), still no-op without BREAKPILOT_BASE_URL.

Builds clean (npm run build).
