Features: SAST (Semgrep), SBOM (Syft), CVE monitoring (OSV.dev/NVD),
GDPR/OAuth pattern detection, LLM triage, issue creation (GitHub/GitLab/Jira),
PR reviews, and Dioxus fullstack dashboard.
