Consolidate the platform registry on Harbor (repo.breakpilot.com/breakpilot/*). registry.breakpilot.com was the never-built stage registry (NXDOMAIN). Verify REGISTRY_USER/REGISTRY_PASS are Harbor creds.

authoritative registry. registry.breakpilot.com (never-built stage registry) is
retired. NOTE: verify REGISTRY_USER/REGISTRY_PASS hold valid Harbor push creds.
