feat: Persistente Sessions (PostgreSQL) + Spaltenerkennung (Step 3)
Sessions werden jetzt in PostgreSQL gespeichert statt in-memory. Neue Session-Liste mit Name, Datum, Schritt. Sessions ueberleben Browser-Refresh und Container-Neustart.
