feat: Sync SDK modules, API routes, blog and docs from admin-v2

- DSB Portal, Industry Templates, Multi-Tenant, SSO frontend pages
- All SDK API proxy routes (academy, crawler, incidents, vendors, whistleblower, etc.)
- Blog section with compliance articles
- BYOEH system documentation
