fix(pitch-deck): engine includes manual revenue rows in GESAMTUMSATZ

Revenue rows without qty/price (e.g. Beratung & Service) were excluded
from total. Now all revenue rows contribute to GESAMTUMSATZ.
Same fix for materialaufwand SUMME.
