OVH Riva ignores the sample_rate_hz request param and always returns at its native 16000 Hz. Declaring a higher rate in the WAV header causes proportionally slower/deeper playback. 16000 Hz matches the actual output. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
