Email shows 3 phases (Before/After Reject/After Accept) with:
- Violation cards per phase (CRITICAL/HIGH badges)
- Undocumented services in Phase C
- Summary table (critical/high/undocumented counts)
- Dark Pattern warning if tracking persists after rejection
