release_state — zusaetzlich zu domains, sources, type_counts.
Frontend: loadMeta laedt bei jeder Filteraenderung neu, alle Dropdowns
zeigen kontextsensitive Zahlen. Proxy leitet Filter an controls-meta weiter.
