New "Dokumenten-Pruefung" tab in Compliance Agent:
- User adds multiple URLs with document type (DSI, AGB, Impressum, Cookie, Widerruf)
- Each document loaded via Playwright, accordions expanded, text extracted
- Checked against type-specific legal checklist
- Optional: Cookie banner check via checkbox
Checklisten-UX (solves "100% looks like nothing was checked"):
- All checks shown per document: green checkmark + matched text excerpt
- Red X for missing fields with legal reference
- Builds user trust: "9 Punkte geprueft, alle bestanden"
- Expandable per document with completeness bar
New checklists:
- Impressum: §5 TMG (6 fields: name, address, contact, register, VAT, representative)
- Cookie-Richtlinie: §25 TDDDG (5 fields: types, purposes, retention, third-party, opt-out)
Backend:
- POST /agent/doc-check — async with polling (same pattern as /scan)
- DocCheckResult includes checks[] with passed/failed + matched_text
- dsi_document_checker returns all_checks in SCORE finding
- Email report shows per-document checklist

Crosswalk routes returning 404 on production. This adds a diagnostic
endpoint that reports which sub-routers failed to load and why.

Adds migration_runner.py that executes pending migrations from
migrations/ directory when backend-compliance starts. Tracks applied
migrations in _migration_history table.
Handles existing databases: detects if tables from migrations 001-045
already exist and seeds the history table accordingly, so only new
migrations (046+) are applied.
Skippable via SKIP_MIGRATIONS=true env var.

- New DB table compliance_corpus_versions (migration 017)
- Go CorpusVersionStore with CRUD operations
- Assessment struct extended with corpus_version_id
- API endpoints: GET /rag/corpus-status, /rag/corpus-versions/:collection
- RAG routes (search, regulations) now registered in main.go
- Ingestion script registers corpus versions after each run
- Frontend staleness badge in SDK sidebar
Part 3 — Source Policy Backend:
- New FastAPI router with CRUD for allowed sources, PII rules,
operations matrix, audit trail, stats, and compliance report
- SQLAlchemy models for all source policy tables (migration 001)
- Frontend API base corrected from edu-search:8088/8089 to
backend-compliance:8002/api
