fix: use Alpine-compatible addgroup/adduser flags in Dockerfiles
...
Replace --system/--gid/--uid (Debian syntax) with -S/-g/-u (BusyBox/Alpine).
Coolify ARG injection causes exit code 255 with Debian-style flags.
