Rename .env.coolify.example → .env.orca.example and
docker-compose.coolify.yml → docker-compose.orca.yml.
Update all text references across README, CONTRIBUTING, deploy.sh,
and CLAUDE.md. Fix branch guidance to feature branch workflow.
