fix(iace): lifecycle labels in benchmark + store all phases

- Store ALL applicable lifecycles (comma-separated) not just first
- Frontend maps internal keys to German labels (normal_operation ->
  Automatikbetrieb, maintenance -> Wartung, etc.)
- Show Betroffene Personen in engine detail column
